By using locally sourced premium beef and spices, we make a high quality and seriously flavored beef jerky snack for all to enjoy. Made in small batches, the beef is sliced thin for easy eating and cut by hand to ensure the best pieces get into your bag. Female founded and family-run, our small business says yes to beef jerky with big flavor and no to nitrates and artificial ingredients.

For nearly a decade, Karl’s Craft Soup has served Chicagoland fresh vegetarian and vegan soups, utilizing the best local produce. The seasons always guide our creativity. And so do traditional favorites and global flavors. We serve up 2-3 soups every week with an eye on healthy, high-quality fare and smart food choices. We’ve had a long, successful history at many of Chicago’s finest famers markets and specialty grocery stores.

Elizabeth Gartelos Morris and Beth Salentiny are co-owners of Meze Table. Both are service industry veterans, sommeliers and avid travelers. Elizabeth’s love of cooking and boisterous Greek upbringing inspires the menu, while Beth’s vast restaurant experience helps drive the business. Elizabeth & Beth have been best friends for over 20 years and always dreamed of starting a business together during a global pandemic. Dreams do come true!

Started by Alec Olson, at the age of 13, Spoke Cafe is a mobile bicycle cafe specializing in nitro cold brew coffee, root beer, and more! You can find him pedaling around town or you can book him for a private event including block parties (root beer float's anyone?)! We make small batch spiced grassfed ghee and vegan coconut oil (now popularly known as plant-based ghee), sourcing local, organic and sustainable ingredients, with a focus on doing good in our community.
